Here’s what Hannah had to say about her Rockliffe Hall Wedding…

The dress was called Seville by Ian Stuart. I bought it from Rosina Brown Bridal in Stocksfield. I tried on loads (as all brides I’

I’m sure) but this was ‘the one’ from the second I put it on. Ian Stuart kindly agreed to adapt my dress slightly so that all the material was the same – the original had a net panel in it but mine was replaced with silk. A bespoke Ian Stuart dress – perfect!!

My flowers were from Secret Garden in Hartlepool – I chose roses as its my Nana’s favourite flower (and mine).

The Bridesmaids dresses were by Forever yours from Rosina Brown Bridesmaid shop in Hexham. I wanted a floor length, elegant dress and they were just perfect.

We went to St. John Fishers in Sedgefield as its my local church which my family have attended for a number of years. I actually knew before Jamie proposed that I wanted to have a Rockliffe Hall Wedding. I provisionally booked the venue whilst on holiday (the day after Jamie proposed) and drove straight from newcastle airport to Rockliffe Hall as soon as we landed!! st john fishers church sedgefield wedding exchanging rings at wedding guest at church bride and groom in church bride and groom at sedgefield church pageboy laughing at church groom laughing at church guests laughing at church wedding bridesmaids in vintage wedding car bride and groom rockliffe hall wedding

Rockliffe Hall Wedding Venue offered everything we were looking for, its elegant and modern and has beautiful, scenic grounds. The staff were fantastic and everything went really smoothly and to plan on the day! Bernard, the master of ceremonies had it all under control and even managed to get all the guests to conga from one location to the next!

The cake was made by up and coming Debonairs cakes. A lovely, extremely talented lady (Debbie) from Darlington made it.

The wedding photography was fantastic – we went through where we wanted pictures and we managed to get pictures of everywhere we had requested. Seeing them for the first time was great as I was totally unaware that a lot of them had even been taken, so it meant I could see parts of the day that I otherwise wouldn’t have known about!
